Due to changed conditions, programming has changed. The Foundation will
partner with suitable educational and vocational institutions. Program
participants will be directed to these already established institutions with the
Foundation providing programming as needed. Programming has expanded to include
locating resources to utilize for housing for those White Hall Estate residents
being displaced and for some other residents in need. Applicants will be
interviewed by several teams to determine initial eligibility. In addition, the
applicant will be expected to comply with the requirements of his or her action
plan. The action plan will detail how the applicant can obtain the educational,
vocational and life skills that will enhance their marketability thereby
affording said applicant the opportunity to rise above the life of poverty
previously known.
